Membership terms

By joining, you agree to these terms. Registration uses one shared flow without age selection or age verification. AthleMix is a general soccer community, not a service directed to children under 13. Existing protected accounts keep their guardian permissions; selecting a role does not grant access to another person’s private information. Guardian responsibility and college-coach affiliation must still be confirmed before those permissions are granted.

Represent yourself accurately

Use your own identity and account. Do not impersonate an athlete, guardian, coach, school, or organization. A guardian must be the athlete’s parent or legal guardian and confirm that responsibility. Coaches must substantiate their current affiliation. Do not use multiple accounts to evade restrictions, guardian oversight, or a declined request.

Share your game with context

Keep graduation year, team history, and performance claims accurate. Identify yourself in footage and explain statistics. Upload or link only material you have permission to share, including any permissions needed for other people appearing in it. You keep ownership of your content and permit AthleMix to store and display it for the features and audiences you choose.

Respect other members

Harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, scams, discriminatory abuse, unlawful content, and unwanted repeated contact are prohibited. Respect blocks and declined requests. Do not solicit private contact details from minors, move recruiting conversations to evade guardian oversight, scrape member information, or use it for unrelated marketing.

Recruiting decisions and rules

College admission, recruiting, selection, and eligibility are decided by the appropriate school or governing body. AthleMix does not guarantee a reply, offer, scholarship, roster position, or any sporting outcome. The athlete, guardian, and coach are responsible for following applicable recruiting rules; a coach must confirm that communication is permitted before accepting a conversation. Affiliation review is not NCAA approval or certification of every claim.

Account and content controls

Members can report concerns and block contact. Prohibited text may be refused before posting, and uploaded images and videos require founder review before sharing with other members. The founder may hide content, pause sharing, revoke an affiliation, or restrict an account to investigate reports or enforce these terms. Account restrictions can be appealed in Settings. Guardian disagreements and age corrections should go through Help & safety.

Membership, billing and leaving

Current AthleMix core features are free. The recruiting workspace includes up to 50 programs and 90 days of profile-link activity for eligible athlete accounts. Shared member accounts may request up to 10 coach introductions per UTC day; existing protected accounts keep their limit of 3 and guardian approval. Affiliation, moderation, privacy and anti-spam rules still apply. AthleMix Plus is planned as an optional membership for future exclusive releases; it is not available to purchase, and details and timing have not been announced. Existing subscriptions are not automatically canceled or refunded by this change. Manage or cancel existing renewals in Plan & billing. Subscription status does not change access to current core features. Permanent account deletion cancels outstanding subscriptions before billing records are removed. For billing errors or refund requests, contact AthleMix Support. Membership does not affect Mixer Scores or guarantee recruiting outcomes. The service may change or experience interruptions. Keep your own copies of important records. Settings provides data export and permanent account deletion; the privacy notice explains removal, interrupted deletion, and the limits on recalling copies already shared.
